Firearm Pickup, Storage & Unclaimed Property Policy

This policy applies to firearms purchased from or transferred through Wolf Tactical, including rifles, shotguns, pistols, frames, and receivers.

Pickup Deadline
Customers must collect their firearm within 30 calendar days after Wolf Tactical provides written notice that it is ready for pickup, subject to all applicable transfer requirements. Delivery to our store does not, by itself, mean a firearm is ready for release.

Storage Fees
Beginning on day 31, a $12 daily storage fee will apply to each uncollected firearm, provided the customer received and accepted these terms before the purchase or transfer. Fees continue until lawful pickup, an approved return or transfer, or another lawful disposition. Wolf Tactical will provide an itemized statement of applicable charges upon request.

Storage fees will not accrue during delays caused solely by Wolf Tactical or while release is legally prohibited by a pending background check or mandatory waiting period.

Customer Communication & Extensions
Customers are responsible for maintaining current contact information and responding to pickup notices. If travel, deployment, illness, or another circumstance prevents timely pickup, contact Wolf Tactical before the deadline to request a written extension. Routine reminders are not guaranteed; Wolf Tactical will provide any additional notices required by law.

Unclaimed Firearms
Failure to collect a firearm or pay applicable charges may result in lawful collection or lien-enforcement action, where available. A firearm does not automatically become Wolf Tactical’s property because storage fees exceed its value.

Before any sale or other disposition, Wolf Tactical will provide legally required notices and follow the applicable procedures for establishing its authority to dispose of the firearm. Any proceeds and remaining balances will be handled as required by law.

Release & Transfer Requirements
Every release, return, transfer, or resale must comply with applicable federal, state, and local law, including required identification, eligibility checks, background checks, waiting periods, and firearm records. Payment of fees does not authorize an otherwise prohibited transfer.
